For bookings, cancellations of up to 3 rooms are free of charge until 4.00 pm on the day before arrival. For bookings of more than 3 rooms, cancellations are free of charge until 4.00 pm on the third day before arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be charged at 80 per cent of the cost of the first night’s stay.
